- Quick care questions: most answers are in the Complete Care Guide and the Guides pages — those are faster than waiting for a reply.
- Business / partnerships: please note it in the subject line so we can route it correctly.
- Corrections: if a guide looks wrong, tell us which page and what you saw — we update quickly.
Please don't send photos of injuries for diagnosis by email. We're a care-guide site, not a veterinary practice. For a sick fish, contact a fish veterinarian directly.
